The industrial M.2 DRAM-less SSD MTS560T from Transcend has a SATA III 6Gb/s interface and cutting-edge 3D NAND technology, which enables the vertical stacking of 112 layers of 3D NAND flash chips. This density breakthrough significantly increases storage efficiency as compared to 3D NAND at 96 layers. From -20°C to 75°C, the MTS560T can function in a wide temperature range. For devices with little space, its M.2 form factor is excellent. With a 3K Program/Erase cycle endurance rating, it has undergone extensive internal testing to ensure dependability in mission-critical applications.

For mission-critical applications, Transcend additionally provides the MTS560T-I with wide temperature capabilities (-40°C to 85°C). This ensures continued operation, increased durability, and ideal reliability.
