SSD452A 2.5" SATA SSDs
2.5" SSDs SATA III 6Gb/s interface and 3D NAND technology
The SSD45A from Transcend has a SATA III 6Gb/s interface and 3D NAND technology, which enables the vertical stacking of 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips. This density breakthrough significantly increases storage efficiency when compared to 3D NAND at 64 layers, and its integrated DRAM cache enables quicker access. The SSD452A complies with TCG Opal 2.0 requirements. Hierarchical permissions and encryption are used to protect data. With an endurance rating of 3K Program/Erase cycles and an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 75°C, it has undergone extensive internal testing to ensure dependability in mission-critical applications.
Key Features:
- Compliant with RoHS 2.0 standards
- DDR3 DRAM Cache embedded
- Endurance: 3K P/E cycles (Program/Erase cycles) guaranteed
- Promised operational reliability in an extended temperature range (from -20°C to 75°C)
